Violeta Aguiar Lapa is a facilitator, aquatic therapist and visionary guide who has devoted her path to exploring the intelligence of water, as a space of healing, movement and remembrance.

Founder of Oceans and Flow, her work weaves together aquatic dance, freediving, art therapy and regenerative practices, creating immersive experiences that reconnect us with the body and the living waters within and around us.

‍

For over a decade, she has followed the call of water across islands and communities, co-creating spaces where movement becomes medicine and the ocean a mirror for transformation.

Her offering in ICAROS is a doorway into a deeper relationship with the element that sustains all life. 💧
