About Icaros

Icaros Festival was born from a dream shared by friends, a vision of bringing together the world’s diverse healing cultures and traditions.

Set in enchanted locations where prayer, play, and practice have long been anchored, the festival has slowly and gracefully evolved into a harmonious space for transformation and connection.

This is the seed of Icaros: a space in resonance with the greater story of personal and collective awakening that our times are calling forth.

Icaros is a gentle nest for celebrating simply being, for nurturing the soul, and for holding each other in truthful and respectful relationships within the web of life.

It honors the deeper stories that flow through us, ignited through sacred song, ritual, movement, art, and the spoken word...all rooted in true intentions for the benefit of all.

Held in Portugal, Icaros brings together elders and indigenous wisdom carriers from across cultures, alongside countless passionate individuals walking this path with integrity, remembering, practicing, expressing, and facilitating ways to live in deeper harmony with Mother Earth, with ourselves, and with one another.

At Icaros, we gather to align, honor, and evolve, individually and collectively, on life’s sacred journey, as a family.

It is from this shared activation of natural wisdom, future ancestry, elevated play, and creative togetherness that Icaros grows and flourishes each year.

This festival is also a living, breathing point of connection, a place nurtured daily as an energetic node, linked to many others across the planet, supporting the frequencies of the Living Earth and co-creating the codes of the New Earth.

In this fourth edition, we are invited to deepen our commitment to the Guardianship of Life and Love.
