Meet the Artist

We are honored to announce that Icaros Festival 2026 - Sacred Waters Edition - will be created in collaboration with Nomad Steam, a project that has redefined the way we approach steam, ritual and ancestral wellness in Portugal.

Based in Sintra, Nomad Steam is a mobile sanctuary that works with fire, water, air, natural herbs and sound to create spaces of purification, grounding and emotional release. Their team guides participants through ancient steam rituals designed to relax the body, restore balance and reconnect with nature.

At Icaros Festival, they will offer intimate sessions focused on cleansing, embodiment and renewal, using herbal steam brooms made from oak and eucalyptus to awaken the body and clear energy blockages.

This collaboration enriches the Sacred Waters Edition by honoring the elements and expanding the ways we experience healing together.
