Drawing on over a decade of experience holding spaces for deep inner work and embodied exploration, she creates environments that are safe, supportive, and grounded.
Her approach is rooted in the understanding that true transformation arises when the nervous system feels safe and we can reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence.
At ÍCAROS, she will be present alongside Miguel Abreu, co-creating a space of depth, presence and embodied awareness.
